“Every challenge you encounter contains a powerful opportunity to grow”

Years ago, as I mentioned in my other article “How to Pick Up the Pieces when Life Falls Apart” that I reached rock bottom in my life. I lost everything except for my kids. I have no job and nowhere to live. I didn’t give up, instead I looked for ways to find myself again and appreciate what I still have. I was studying everything I can get my hands on when it comes to self help. I listened to podcasts, read books and trainings from  YouTube.

As I slowly build up my life again from ground zero, I have friends who contacted me and ask for opinions about their challenges in life. I asked them why me when my life isn’t perfect? They told me they want to know how I managed to get back up again and got through the storm unscathed. As I was guiding them to find their own potential I realized that I’m doing Life Coaching to my own friends.

So I did a Life Coaching course and got my diploma. I am now a member of the International Association of Neuro Linguistic Programming and Coaching and also a member of the International Alliance of Holistic Therapists.

I am 41 and lived here in London for 12 years now. I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and worked for few companies back in the days. I realized that helping people achieve their goals and find their potential is my calling. So here I am in this journey of Life Coaching.
