Powerful Mantras to Create Happiness and Self Love

Everyone deserves to be happy and to feel the love. Love is the positive force of life! Our words hold powerful vibrations to our subconscious. When you feel love, you feel happiness. Years ago when I didn’t know about all these things I felt so empty, why? Because of the lack of self love and the limiting beliefs I had within me. How you communicate with yourself determines how you live your life.

At some point in our lives we all have some trials but whatever is going on in our environment or what we’re going through, mantras can guide you or rather point you to a more positive higher frequency.

Mantras helped me heal what’s holding me back and leading me to a new direction of life and a new beginning. You have to not just say it once but a lot of times and feel it within. It depends on how deep is your wound, repeat them so many times until you feel and believe that’s it’s there. Healing is not magic, you have to go through stages and mantras can help you to get there a little bit quicker.

Now self love is so important. You need to trust and believe in yourself too! You cannot be a whole person without self love. Having all the material things or being with someone won’t make you a whole being. Explore your spirituality and it will lead you to explore all about yourself, your passions, your beliefs and your thoughts. Remember that your body is a loving vessel, treat it with kindness.

So here are some of the Mantras that I used throughout the years:

  1. I AM SO GRATEFUL FOR EVERYTHING I HAVE IN MY LIFE (the brand new day, good health, my kids, my family and my friends).

This is what I call the “Attitude of Gratitude”. We have to be thankful for everything we have, notice the difference when you express your gratitude every day. I even have a journal and listed 5 things I am thankful for everyday. You will realize that the more you are thankful, the more you have reason to be thankful.

  1. I GIVE MYSELF PERMISSION TO SHINE.

Encourage yourself to excel and succeed in anything. Don’t give yourself limitations of not being good enough. You are enough and your are good!

  1. I ACCEPT HAPPINESS, ABUNDANCE, LOVE AND POSITIVE ENERGY IN MY LIFE.

Start your day with a positive mindset. What you put out there is what you get, let the Universe know what you want and you will get it! Belief is the number one thing that you need to achieve all these things!

  1. I LOVE MYSELF THE WAY I AM.

Now even if you feel that no one is there for you, you have to love yourself no matter what. It is important to love thyself in order to give that love to others. I do believe that we can’t give what we don’t have.

  1. EVERYDAY IS A NEW BEGINNING.

Every morning when you wake up, always give thanks for that brand new day. Every day is a new opportunity to be alive and to be blessed. You have the power to turn your day to be a new beginning to the right path.

  1. I TRUST THE UNIVERSE TO DELIVER MY HIGHEST GOOD IN EVERY SITUATION.

Surrender and release everything to the Universe. Everything comes when you let go of trying to control every tiny details. Everything will work out in the best way you could imagine. Trusting the Universe that by doing so, you’ll come out on top. Allow the Universe to bless you in surprising and joyful ways.

  1. I AM GRATEFUL FOR THE PEOPLE IN MY LIFE.

Everyday give thanks in your mind or out loud for the people in your life. There are different people in our lives, either they’re good to us or not still give thanks because the good ones are there to give you love while the not so good ones are there to give you lessons.

  1. THE PAST DOES NOT DEFINE MY PRESENT; I CREATE MY FUTURE BY LIVING IN THE NOW.

Be present and live in the moment. Put your awareness in the here and now. If you’re not living in the present then you’re living in illusion. The past is gone and the future hasn’t arrived yet so why worry about those things? The thing about living in the past or the future is that you’re not enjoying your life as you should be right now. Be mindful and simply live in the moment.
